Eligibility
- Vietnamese customers, from 15 years old according to the provisions of law.
- In case the cardholder is a foreigner, it is necessary to obtain a residence permit in Vietnam for a period of 12 months or more.
Required Documents
- List of students registering to open accounts and issue cards.
- Application for opening an account, card issuance, copy of Student’s ID card/Passport.
