Eligibility
- From 15 years old according to the provisions of law
- In case the card user is a foreigner, he/she must be allowed to reside in Vietnam for a period of 12 months or more
Required Documents
- Card opening application form
- Valid ID/Passport
- In case the object using card is a foreigner, must provide:
+ Copy of temporary residence certificate/ temporary residence card/ permanent residence card;
+ Copy of labor contract/ recruitment decision
+ Or other documents proving the period of residence in Vietnam.
